PLA is excited to be working with Spli-t and Adidas Originals to bring some awesome musicians, DJs and artists to Hangzhou’s up and coming party place, Almost Naked, on April 29 2013. A special treat for all of Hangzhou’s fixed gear kids is an Adidas-sponsored group night ride before the show. Space is limited to only 50: The first 50 riders to register for the group ride get a free Adidas T-shirt and more goodies once we arrive at the party! Here is the schedule:

615 PM: Meet at the Adidas store on 207 Yan’an Lu. Get a free T-shirt, put it on. To participate in the ride, you must be wearing the Adidas T-shirt!

630 PM: Put a spoke card in your wheels, and we depart for the night ride! Don’t forget a helmet and lights–safety first!

800 PM: Arrive at Almost Naked, do some track stands, get more free stuff, drink some beer and listen to great music!

The party will be on the evening of April 3, probably kicking off around 8:30PM, after the group ride planned with Factory 5, Mission Workshop, and John “Prolly” Watson. The party will be held at Mute Vision (link - 11 Songcheng lu, LOMO Creative Valley, building B9 // 宋城路11-1号LOMO创意谷B9区).

At the party itself will be displayed the posters I hope you have begun work on in addition to free (good) beer from Cheers-in; and although it is as long as supplies last, there will also be cheap (great) beer for purchase once you’ve drunk up all the free stuff.

Submissions and printing//作品以及印刷问题:

People ought to be paid for their work, and as such we would like to sell prints of your posters, in original A1 size (limited to 5-10 prints) at a price of your choosing. We also hope to print sets of postcards of the poster designs and sell them in packs containing all the poster designs; we will determine the pricing of these postcard packs. Even if you aren’t from Hangzhou, you can still stand to make a little money from this.

对这些有兴趣的人可以花钱买下相应的作品，所以我们想在当晚以作者制定的价格销售此原始A1大小的纸质作品（限制5-10份）。我们还希望打印几套包含所有海报作品的明信片，并成套销售，我们将对这套明星片定价。即使你不在杭州，你还是可以通过这次活动赚一点钱。

For sales of large posters, artists will receive 80% of the income per poster sold. So for example, if you design a poster for us, and set the sale price at 100RMB per poster, and you sell 5 posters, you will receive a cool 400RMB. For the postcard packs, 80% of the total sales of those will be distributed evenly to all participating artists. In each case, the 20% is going to help us cover the costs of putting on the event.

关于海报的销售，设计者可以得到每一张纸质Ａ１大小海报销售价格的80%。举一个例子，如果你为我们活动设计了一份海报，你定价为１００RMB/张，并且当日你的海报卖出了5张，那么你就能得到400元。关于明星片的销售，销售总和的80%将均匀地分给每一为参与活动的设计者。包括以上两种销售的方式，其余的20%可以帮助我们收回为了举办活动所支出的费用。
